Our approach
Ally was created to provide a space for healing, wellness, and treatment for psychiatric health issues. We strive to be accessible to all patients in need. At Ally, we aim to remove barriers and help to eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness. Just as you would receive treatment for a physical health complaint, Ally wants to be your partner to manage your mental health struggles. We will collaborate with your primary care provider, therapists, and other health partners to get you back to feeling your best. Let us be your Ally.
At your appointment..
If there’s anything that a pandemic taught us, it’s that many services can be provided and needs can be met via remote connections. At Ally, we want to be accessible to all those in need of mental healthcare, and in Montana, that often means meeting you where you are- geographically. So, Your visit will take place via Doxy.me platform, which utilizes security encryption to ensure your visit is secure and meets standards to achieve HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
Just go to https://doxy.me/drjentrydecastro at the time of your appointment and Jentry will meet you there.
Payment in full via card on file is expected at the time of the visit. If you are unable to pay for your visit, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to ensure you are not charged a late cancellation fee.
Please note:
Once your appointment has been scheduled and confirmed, we expect to see you at that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you no-show to your visit, we reserve the right to charge your card on file for the full visit amount.
Did you know that in Montana, there is often a 3-12 month waiting list at most Psychiatric practices? If you no-show to your initial visit, that equates to 60-90 minutes of lost time for our provider. That breaks down to 1 to 3 patients who lost the opportunity to be served. This is why we charge a no-show fee. We need to ensure only patients who truly want help schedule these appointments.
Thank you for understanding.

Meet Our Team
Jentry De Castro is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health. Jentry always knew she would become a provider. Her mother was a nurse and Jentry was inspired to also make a difference in the lives of the people she cared for.
In 2011, Jentry graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University. After graduation, Jentry moved to Kansas City, MO, and began working for Saint Luke’s Health System, where she gained vital inpatient nursing experience in Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Telemetry, and Neurology. In 2013, Jentry began her graduate studies. While attending school full-time, Jentry continued to work but took a job with Saint Luke’s Home Health and Hospice to further her knowledge regarding home care and end-of-life care.
In school, Jentry focused her Doctoral project on implementing a screening tool for early detection of a deleterious mutation in the BRCA gene, which can predispose men and women to Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancers. In 2017, Jentry graduated with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Shortly after, she accepted a job at Mount Sinai Hospital and moved to New York City. Jentry worked among the top providers in Gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease during her time with Mount Sinai. Ultimately, Jentry and her family decided to move to Montana and she shifted her focus from physical health management to the diagnosis and treatment of mental health diseases.
Jentry began working in an outpatient setting as well as in a crisis stabilization unit. She managed such diagnoses as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Acute Psychosis, Alcohol/Drug Use Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Personality Disorders, suicidality, and more. Over the last few years, Jentry has personally seen the impact a pandemic can have on the mental wellbeing of Montanans and the detrimental impact a lack of treatment can have as well. This is why Ally Psychiatric Wellness was created. Jentry wants to help locals manage their mental wellness and disease without barriers or stigmas.
